We at Sky Safari request all customers to go through the following set of terms and conditions as these explicitly govern all the bookings made with us.


COVID-19

Due to recent outbreak of Covid-19, the government and relevant authorities have issued guidelines/SOPs. These guidelines/SOPs are also being changed/updated from time to time as per the development in Covid Situation. Please note that it is a sole responsibility of the customers to keep themselves updated and abide with such guidelines/SOPs issued by relevant authorities from time to time which include but are not limited to entry/transit/exit requirements of the destinations involved. The service provider or relevant government authority has all the right to deny service/cancel the booking if any clause under Covid19 guidelines/SOPs is not met by the customer or if customer is evaluated by supplier/authorities to be posing a threat to health & safety of others. Sky Safari will not be held responsible for damage/loss caused due to any such denial of services or cancellation of the booking.


QUOTATION, FEES, SERVICES AND PRICE VARIATIONS

Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier (Airline, Hotel, Transporter, Tour/ Excursion/Cruise operator etc.). Details regarding services and prices have been updated on this website based on the information supplied by the relevant supplier. Such information regarding prices and services may get altered from time to time. It is not uncommon for suppliers to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change within 24-hours of your first payment towards the booking request. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received by us, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Prior to full and final payment being received, Sky Safari reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us. Sky Safari will not be liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product/service at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Sky Safari also reserves the right to charge a convenience/admin fee in addition to the price of the service offered. Such convenience/admin fee shall be displayed to the customer before confirming the booking/service or collecting the payment.


SKY SAFARI’ LIABILITY

Sky Safari only acts as a facilitator by connecting the customer with the relevant service provider like airline, hotel, restaurant, bus/tour/excursion operator, etc.. Any issue/concern faced by the customer at the time of availing such services shall be the sole responsibility of the relevant Service Provider. Sky Safari does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of the service providers. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. It is essential that you check with us, for any changes or variations to the information shown on our web site. This will allow us to advise you of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book your holiday, or prior to your departure.

This website may also display links or references to external websites/businesses for the purpose of information, 3pty advertisements or if Sky Safari find it as a topic of interest for its customers. Sky Safari, however, assumes no responsibility towards content/authenticity/legality of any such websites/business and will not be held responsible for any damage/loss caused due to customer’s dealings/interaction with them.


PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Customer must ensure that all payments for the agreed amounts are made to bank accounts of Sky Safari only. No representative of Sky Safari shall ask a customer to transfer money to any other account. Sky Safari will not be held responsible for any amount transacted into a bank account that is not legitimately held by Sky Safari.

In the event a booking is not confirmed for whatsoever reason, Sky Safari will process the refund of the paid amount and intimate the customer about the same. Sky Safari will neither be liable to make any additional payment to the customer for any damage / loss arising due to unconfirmed booking nor to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking.

Any Refund, whenever applicable, will only be processed into the original account that the amount was paid from.


DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

Package Bookings (and in some cases ‘Flight Only’ Bookings) may accept a non-refundable initial deposit based on the supplier’s terms at the time of confirmation. It is sole discretion of Sky Safari to decide: (a) Which booking is eligible for initial deposit; (b) Amount of Initial Deposit.

In case of initial deposit for package booking, balance due date will generally be 45 days prior to commencement of the package. In case of Flight Only Bookings, the balance due date will generally be 15 days prior to outbound flight departure. These are general guidelines for balance due dates, however, the actual due date for the balance payment will be communicated at the time of payment of initial deposit and this due date will solely be decided at the discretion of Sky Safari. Travel vouchers, Tickets and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid in such cases will be forfeited.


CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

All Bookings come with their own set of cancellation and amendment policy. The same is communicated before any payments are made.

You must ensure that :

  • you check your email, mobile phone and/ or our website regularly for notices and other communication from us;
  • you keep your email address and mobile phone number up-to-date and notify us when it changes;
  • emails from us to your email address are not blocked.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Where possible, we will attempt to resolve your complaint at the first point of contact. If we are unable to resolve your complaint at the first point of contact, we will undertake an investigation of your complaint and provide you with our findings.
